PROCESS
Each part undergoes a meticulous inspection process to verify its dimensional accuracy and adherence to design specifications. We employ a number of techniques and equipment to ensure parts we make meet tolerance. Our highly trained technicians examine every aspect of the component to identify any deviations or imperfections using equipment ranging from Go/No Go gauges, to our IM-8000 series instant measurement system and everything in-between.
INSPECTION REPORTS
We offer our customers the option to request detailed inspection reports accompanying their orders, produced by our state-of-the-art Keyence IM-8000. These comprehensive reports provide a thorough overview of the inspection process, including measurements and tolerances, to an accuracy of up to 0.5µm.
